Having said that, please understand that there are federal and state laws which require us to post the detail of what must be disclosed in a Privacy Policy.  What follows below is the required detailed legal policy of our simple statement above, which says “Structured Technology Services takes your privacy extremely seriously. We do not share, sell or distribute your information to any third-party for their own use, unless we are required to do so by law.”

This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data that we have collected, or collect, about and/or from you.

Our servers and our offices are located in the United States, so your information will be stored, or processed in the United States. We take many steps to protect your privacy. By using our Websites, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States.

Any personal data we would obtain comes from you voluntarily and is used to keep your service records up to date. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.

“Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. Because it is not yet finalized, Structured Technology Services adheres to the standards in this policy and may not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.
