All systems are shipped with a minimum one-year Standard warranty, which includes parts repair or replacement. Labor costs are covered ONLY when serviced by Computer Pros Today.
For additional peace of mind, you can choose a three-year Extended warranty. These competitively-priced options extend the service coverage for an additional two years beyond the term of the Standard warranty.
Ultimate flexibility is available through Combination warranties. Year-one is covered per the terms of the selected Reimbursed or Full Service On-Site warranty while the second and third year extensions are covered by the Standard warranty terms.
Express & No-Fault Notebook Warranties
Rest easy knowing that your service request goes to the front of the line at our National Service and Repair Center (NSRC) for expedited processing. Most Express warranty notebooks are repaired and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt. No-Fault warranties cover unintended drops, spills, power surges and other unintentional damage to notebooks and are available in combination with three-year Mail-In and Express warranties.
Unless specifically listed as covered, Warranties do not cover data, consumables, cosmetic damage, damage from misuse, alteration, liquid intrusion, electrical surges or acts of nature.

Standard Warranty Coverage
The standard warranty protects against manufacturing defects, with no coverage for accidents, fire, water or from damage caused by repairs or upgrades attempted by any unauthorized person. The warranty does not cover defective parts that are deemed consumable, such as batteries, and won’t cover cosmetic damage or damages caused by other products, including any cables, mice or other third-party accessories that are attached to the device. Any acts of nature or external forces are expressly not covered.
