If your Apple Mac computer is broken and needs hardware repair or replacement parts such as a new hinges, screen, keyboard, outside panels or a logic board, please follow these instructions below:

If your broken equipment is still covered under warranty, you should contact Apple by phone or visit one of their stores. Apple warranties are very restrictive. We encourage you to carefully read your Apple Warranty before having any services done. We are not affiliated with Apple, Inc. therefore we cannot provide Apple covered warranty services under Apple’s standard warranty or AppleCare warranties.
Next, this is a bit of a long-shot, but click here to see if your Apple product has been recalled.
If your Apple equipment if not covered under warranty, contact Apple and ask for an estimate. Apple logic boards can cost as much as $500 or more. In many cases, a replacement is more cost-effective.
Microsoft Office for Mac & Office 365 software
We do not support Microsoft software of any kind for Mac. If you wish to install or update Microsoft software on your Mac, we strongly recommend contacting Microsoft first.
If you are having a problem with Microsoft software on your Mac product, we recommend contacting Microsoft directly.
If you are using integration software to run Windows on your Mac, such as Parallels, and require assistance, please contact the integrator.
Mac Computers in the Workplace
We do not support Apple Mac computers in a business unless the workplace uses Macs exclusively.
We do not support Macs on Windows, Linux servers or other business network systems.
iPhones and iPads
We do not repair phones or tablets. Ask for Genuine Apple OEM replacement parts when repairing your iPhone or iPad.
