COVID-19 Pandemic – A message from our President, Michael Conrad
Dear Customers and Partners,
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the repercussions we have witnessed, we have remained fixated on maintaining the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and partners.
Health and Safety-first approach
Our greatest asset is our people. Our people make Computer Pros Today a first-class technology provider. Our people make exceptional outcomes possible every day. When the virus began to spread in our great country we suspended our on-site visits and moved to remote only support. Since we have been a “work from home” business since 2006, we did not need to adjust our operations. Our business operations remained 100% intact and our remote capabilities were working at peak efficiency to offset the on-site limitations.
Onsite Support Suspended
We are classified as an “essential” business by the state, but the decision I made to suspend on-site support was easy for one reason and one reason only, the health and safety of people. I simply cannot, will not, risk the safety of everyone involved over the inconvenience of not being able to offer onsite support. We are blessed to have the technology and experience to help our clients effectively with our remote support connection tools. When restrictions have been lifted, we will bring back limited on-site support.
Providing Remote Solutions
While on-site support has been suspended, we have been able to resolve over 90% of technical issues remotely. Onsite support is necessary only for customers who can not power up their computer or cannot get access to the internet. Many of our customers had never experienced remote support before this coronavirus pandemic, and, understandably, they were a bit reluctant. Since technology change is ever-present, they gave it a try and have been pleasantly surprised at how effective and quick it can be. If you have been holding off some nagging tech issue, give our remote support a try. If we cannot fix the issue, we will tell you and offer an alternative whenever possible.
Helping clients navigate the challenge of ever-changing technology is something we have done for over 15 years. As always, we stand ready to help.

COVID-19 Update September 2021
Our entire team is excited to report they have received the COVID-19 vaccine, we are aware that not everyone has been vaccinated.
The variants of the coronavirus represent a threat to everyone’s safety and until we receive better information indicating COVID-19 has been contained, we will continue to suspend our onsite operations. Remote Computer Support will continue.
